Digital orders<\/b>
\nI will always send Instructions to all digital orders that I will have to do digital delivery of the items to my customers.<\/p>\n
Communication<\/b>
\nAfter I receive your orders for digital or physical items, I will attempt to contact you via texting, email, messenger, or Discord.<\/p>\n
Shipment processing time<\/b>
\nAll orders are processed within 10 minutes to 7 days. Custom Shirts or Items will only get printed on business days. Physical items will be only shipped out on business days. I will communicate with the customers about their deliveries.<\/p>\n
Shipping rates and delivery estimates<\/b>
\nShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO\/FPO addresses<\/b>
\nI will ship any physical items to P.O. boxes or APO\/FPO addresses.<\/p>\n
Shipment confirmation and order tracking<\/b> For physical items, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.<\/p>\n
Customs, duties, and taxes<\/b>
\nelymbmx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).<\/p>\n
Damages<\/b>
\nelymbmx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.<\/p>\n
International Shipping Policy<\/b>
\nI do work with all countries for digital orders.<\/p>\n
