elymbmx’s Shipping Policy

Digital orders
I will always send Instructions to all digital orders that I will have to do digital delivery of the items to my customers.

Communication
After I receive your orders for digital or physical items, I will attempt to contact you via texting, email, messenger, or Discord.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 10 minutes to 7 days. Custom Shirts or Items will only get printed on business days. Physical items will be only shipped out on business days. I will communicate with the customers about their deliveries.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
I will ship any physical items to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking For physical items, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes
elymbmx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
elymbmx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
I do work with all countries for digital orders.
