The gems that are from Eternity Isle. You must have A Rift In Time Expansion Pass (DLC) purchased and installed on your game or Your game already have A Rift In Time Expansion Pass (DLC)
Make sure you choose the gems bundle according if you have the A Rift In Time Expansion Pass or not.

This bundle is available for Switch, Xbox, PC, Steam, Steam Dock, PlayStation, and Any Platforms or Consoles that support cross play.
For Switch Players, Nintendo Online account required. You can get a free trial for one week.
You must unlock the Multiplayer function by completing the quests from Vanellope and leveling up Vanellope.
Delivery Instructions:
Load up your Disney Dreamlight Valley game.
Go to your Valley Visit Station.
Press a button to use it.
Press a button a couple of times to open your valley and get special code.
You will then be provided with a special code. You will need to send this special code to me in a text message, email, private/direct message, or messenger. Do not share it with anyone else.
if possible, keep your switch on and online till I get to your special code and make delivery of the items to your valley.
After I receive your special code I will shortly join your valley with your purchased items for delivery.
